2020 has been the year for virtual learning. Unfortunately, many students aren’t accustomed to this way of schooling. Some students (myself included) are having a hard time keeping up with the work, so I put together a list in hopes that it will you help you get through your virtual semester!
1. MAKE SURE YOU’RE UP AND READY ON TIME!
When you are checking into class, you will be tempted to turn your camera off and get back in your pajamas. Take some time to put on some comfy and appropriate clothes, and brush your hair. It will do your mental health some good!
2. PARTICIPATE!
Teachers are also having a difficult time adjusting, so be considerate by answering questions when they’re asked.
3. SET ASIDE TIME TO STUDY!
Just because you are not physically at school doesn’t mean the studying stops! Make sure to keep your mind sharp by maintaining good study habits.
I hope everyone has a good rest of the semester, despite not being able to enjoy together (physically). Stay safe, and have a good break!
Warm regards,
RISE
