S.C.R.E.A.M stands for Support of Creative Reconciliation Empowered by the Arts and Mental Awareness. It is a program/club geared towards combining mental health awareness with the arts. The club was founded by senior literary, Morgan Love, and is sponsored by counselor, Harlie Blauw, and resident parent, Debbie Boone.

The club’s goals are to:

  1. Bring a complete understanding and awareness of mental health
  2. Utilize the creative arts in helping destress and relax
  3. Create a safe environment to have open discussions regarding mental health in teens.

S.C.R.E.A.M has teams from discipline called “scream teams”. These teams consist of two members from each discipline that create stations for regular and commuter members to participate in each week.

S.C.R.E.A.M meets every Wednesday at 7-8pm in the Phoenix.
