How to Cope with Stress

This week, Mrs. Harlie Blauw, our school’s nationally certified psychologist and counselor did some stress exercises with the senior class during senior seminar.

At MSA, we often get stressed, but managing that stress is essential. Above is a list of ways to cope with stress in all aspects of the human condition: mind, body, and soul. Take time to read over those, and try some this week!

Many of us took exams this week or will take them, and we need to rejuvenate. These easy stress-relieving activities are a great way to do that.

Take care of yourself— mind, body, and soul.
